| The CNYSGNA board initiated a new online voting form for the election of the 2009 board members. This year the ballots were sent by mail indicating that members could either vote with the traditional paper ballot or switch to the online form. Gradually, the CNYSGNA plans to eliminate the paper ballot and use the online form exclusively. Any members with questions, comments, or suggestions can contact a board member. [more] | |||

The CNYSGNA sponsors a regional education program in both the spring and fall each year. See the calendar for dates, typically in March and October each year. [more] The CNYSGNA also offers an online learning module on Esophogeal Cancer. The learning module has been certified by the SGNA, for 1.6 GI specific credits. Members of the CNYSGNA can complete the course and receive the 1.6 contact hours at no cost. Non-members will need to pay $10 per contact hour to receive credit for the course completion.
